This aint no freeway!

Last I checked, the definition of a "Freeway" is a regulated highway with controlled entry and exit location that have no traffic lights.  One thing is for sure.  Somebody needs to tell the guy in the front that this isn't a Freeway and he needs to go back to drivers education.  You be the judge.
