Nice guy

If ever there is a way to make a mistake and not piss people off, this
is the way to do it. At least the guy was nice enough to
acknowledge the mistake and even apologized for it. I was never
in a foul mood to begin with so this is refreshing. Proof
positive
that there are still decent people out in the world.
