A victim of the rain

Once again a series of storms are flowing through Southern
California. Along with the rain and wind, it
sometimes also brings chaos to unsuspecting motorists. Some take
the form of traffic accidents. Others suffer from electrical
problems
that can turn a once functional vehicle into a heap of metal blocking
everybody's way. In either case it presents a danger to
everybody.
On this day it is the former case. An old Ford Escort is having
a bit of a problem getting to its destination. The
situation is also causing a major traffic back log. What do you
expect when it's peak rush hour at 8:00AM in the morning.
