At long
last... A long trip...

It goes to show... when you get one of these...
you're riding and personal life will suffer.
I've been successful at work, and to show for it my website has a
lot of 
's for the months where I haven't done anything
related with two wheels. Don't get me wrong, I'm very
appreciative of the recognition, but it sure does dig into my play
time. Now that things are calming down a bit, it's time to
grab some gear and haul it before things start erupting again.
But... with every new bike, there is always a little more prep
work before a long trip. This means installing the pannier
system, radiator guard, engine guard, aux lights, etc. The
Denali lights needs to be installed for now. The ClearWater
Erica's are next... whenever it gets here.
This is going to be a four day trip with every night spent in a
different location. Quite nomadic. I like it.
It's a moderate 1K miles loop. Doing this solo means, I can
deviate and alter the course whenever convenient. Now I just
have to get use to the solo ride idea and slowing down a bit to
smell the flowers.
I can't wait to get rolling.
